About this opportunity
Welcome to the IT Poland Office team. We add value by supporting the growth of Nordea IT office in Poland. As a Project Manager, you’ll play a valuable role in IT transformation by promoting, teaching and supporting Engineering Transformation in Nordea.
What you’ll be doing:
- Organize IT events (conferences, meetups, hackathons) to increase brand awareness on the market and create an unique people experience for each individual,
- Create a positive atmosphere with social events and innovating the work environment that aim to help the employees feel at home
- Collaborate with Employer Branding, Internal Communication and Talent Acquisition teams to build engagement, collaboration and help us create an environment that supports a new way of working
- Collaborate with training agencies and Learning team to deliver programs that support and increase business capability of the organization
- Implement innovative approach (e.g. gamification) to create cutting-edge motivation and engagement programs and initiatives for IT employees and create an excellent employee experience
- Strategic support and project management for executive meetings and events
- Define, create and deliver marketing materials for Nordea IT internal and external communication and manage external agencies to deliver high quality projects & content in time.

Your experience and background:
- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination/project management
- Experience in Employer Branding/IT Communication/Events area would be an asset
- Experience in IT projects and knowledge of IT community would be beneficial
- Proficiency in Polish and English is a must
- High level of networking, team building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
