Obecnie poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko:
Manage an international high-profile project - the development, implementation and post-launch phase of a new global (corporate) internal communications platform, including global, divisional and local dimensions
- Ensuring on-time, on-budget and goal-based project delivery through:
- ensuring that project management methodology is aligned with Medicover standards (existing policies, procedures, and practices)
- co-defining of the project business case
- creating project estimation re: timeline and budget
- selecting, evaluating and cooperating with providers on the project
- developing and managing the project (addressing risks and any project-related issues as early as possible in the development process)
- communicating and reporting to project stakeholders
- creating and keeping project documentation
- process analysis and optimization
- requirements and specification analysis
- Aligning the project to Medicover’s overarching & comms strategy
- Cooperating with key stakeholders plus all the organisation's units involved to allocate and exploit available resources in the best possible way through:
- project status review and report
- project priority management (task review and update)
- resource allocation management
- Minimum 5 years of experience on a Project Manager position
- Experience in implementation of an internal communications platform (will be an asset)
- Excellent English
- Very good project management skills, able to plan and prioritise
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel abroad for assignments on specific projects (travelling is expected to be approximately 30% of your time)
