Project Manager in SSC (start up)

Our client, a multinational manufacturing company, is urgently seeking the Project Manager to join its new Shared Service Centre in Łódź.

Main responsibilities on that position will include standardising and optimising global processes and providing global business process consulting services. The successful Candidate will develop, manage and implement projects to support tactical and strategic initiatives, lead change management and communication, examine end-to-end business processes, recommend solutions, perform cost analyses and develop best practices for business activities.

The ideal Candidate for this position has academic degree in Business Management, Project Management, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, or related field. Broad (min. 6 years) experience of progressive business experience is obligatory, as well as 4 years of experience in managing projects and leading dynamic work teams.
Fluent English is a must. Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management (PMBOK Guide) is desirable. Proficiency in PC/software skills with word processing, spreadsheet, workflow, PowerPoint, project management and database applications is also needed. We are waiting for a Candidate with excellent analytical skills and evaluative judgment, able to work in high pressure and sensitive situations who can travel to international business locations, sometimes for extended periods of time (estimated 20% to 40%of the work time)
