QA department is wide organization uniting all the QA engineers and test engineers in the project, with its standards and processes in place which is in charge of testing and quality assurance across all projects and platforms.
There are a lot of challenges in the department such as management of QA teams in various delivery models and SDLCs (scrum, waterfall, combined models) with various levels of formalization of testing processes, elaboration of testing standards and organization wide testing strategy and governance models, facilitation of communications and knowledge management in context of QA department.

- Facilitation of testing standards application
- Monitoring and control over project execution

Mandatory:
- QA management experience
- Proven experience as Team lead/Technical lead for the test team (performance, automation, manual combined)
- Java knowledge (level of Middle Java developer)
- QTP/WebDriver or any other widely used automation tool (3+years of active usage, expert level)
- English - advanced (fluent verbal communications with English speaking customers)
- Perfect knowledge of various delivery models and understanding of their benefits and applicability.
- Perfect communication skills
- Good understanding of managed service concepts
- Good knowledge of CMMI, ISTQB standards
Nice to have:
- Experience in financial services (FI, EQ, OTC, reference data)
- Experience with fixed price and managed delivery projects
- Experience with test automation projects
- Experience of onsite work
- Experience with starting of projects from scratch
- ISTQB / PMP certificates
The department oversees most of client, trading account and instrument data platforms within a bank, maintaining data gathering, accumulation, clean up, match and merge, distribution and adoption. Wide range of front end and backend applications, Java- and ETL- based server-side logic; SOAP and RESTful web services, messaging services (EMS, JMS, ORACLE advanced queuing), ORACLE DB and integrations of all of those components are subject of testing in the department.
- Wide stack of technologies and tools such as Java and various Java-based testing frameworks (with use of TestNG , JUnit, Spring, httpclient, CXF and AXIS WS clients), Jmeter, Load Runner, SOAPUI, Selenium WebDriver , Selenium grid etc., most advanced test management and defect tracking systems including Test Auditor and JIRA,
- Agile practices in development and test process,
- Effective training and people development mechanisms,
- Ability to learn and develop communication and analytical skills including English courses and travels onsite (UK, US, Switzerland etc.),
- Dedicated performance center and test automation teams, research and development group,
- Obtaining of exclusive investment banking and reference data business domain knowledge
