Requirements:
- Academic/Master degree (Business / Finance / Economy)
- Proven Six Sigma project management qualification (Six Sigma Black Belt certificate)
- More than 3 years of professional experience working on Six Sigma projects with multiple stakeholders in different countries
- Fluent English
- Excellent computer literacy, especially in MS Office and statistical tools (e.g. Minitab)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to quickly form working relationships, gain credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
- Strong team player with a high degree of flexibility
- Excellent decision making and problem solving ability
- Self-driven and proactive
Responsibilities:
- Manages Company Six Sigma program, by leading Six Sigma Black Belt projects, coaching Six Sigma Green Belt projects and delivering trainings on Six Sigma methodology.
- Leads Six Sigma Black Belt projects - utilizes various Six Sigma techniques and tools to handle process improvement
- Manages Green Belt certification program
- Analyzes current processes in order to identify the improvement opportunities, improve efficiency, quality and reduce risk
- Gathers process specific data relevant to the benchmarking of the process performance
- Suggests process improvements, proposes solutions and works on their implementation
- Actively seeks for new projects opportunities
