Project Manager

Job Description:
- Management of day-to-day transition and project activities
- Identification of resources required for the transition and project along with proper resources leveraging during execution phase
- Development of transition and project deliverables and ensuring proper signoff through stage gate reviews
- Adherence to Capgemini methodology Deliver 2.0
- Effective risk management and mitigation plan creation and execution
- Management of transition and project budget through analysis of project profitability and resource utilization
- Proper transition and project change management
- Cooperation with business development team and operations on a daily basis
- Holding regular team / stakeholders meetings
- Support sales team during presales activities and bids
- Cooperation with Capgemini Business Development regarding creation and review of the service solutions
The key objectives of the role are to
- Overall responsibility for successful delivery of transitions and projects
- Maintain relationship with stakeholders involved into transitions and projects
- Ensure that all required signoff are in place within defined timeline
- Responsibility and accountability for all transition phases: start-up / execution and closure
Candidate's profile:
- Understanding the financial aspects of transitions (P&L, charging models and invoicing)
- Very good both written and verbal communication skills (understanding how to communicate difficult / sensitive information)
- Understanding technical aspects of transition / project with ability to gather and fulfill technical requirements
- Relevant and proven project or/and transition management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Certified in Project Management methodology such as PMP or Prince 2
- Skilled with MS Office applications including MS Visio and MS Project
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, dynamic and proactive
- Fluent English is a must
- Other additional language would be an advantage
