Project Manager
Our client is a major international Shared Service Center with growing operations in Poland. Due to continued growth of their finance and accounting organization, they are looking for ambitious and highly experienced candidates for the role of Project Manager. The selected candidate will be part of the SSC Management.
Job description:
- Manage projects at shared service center [i.e. optimization - efficiency, effectiveness] in the areas of GL/APFP&A
- PMO responsibility for transition of various accounting & financial processes from various sites in Europe
- Support key decision makers in developing vision for future growth of SSC
- Manage and coordinate relationship with business partners
- Drive quality and process improvement initiatives on regional and global level
- Promote best practices across functions and across countries within the region of scope
- Relevant University degree in business with a strong focus on Accounting / Finance
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of professional experience in PMO [of accounting / finance]
- Experience in international SSC / BPO environment
- Proven experience in managing projects; Six sigma
- Ability to interact with senior management
- Very good knowledge of financial accounting and analysis
- Very good understanding of transition process
- Fluent English is a must; knowledge of other foreign language will be a big asset
