Opis stanowiska
- customization, adaptation and management of project processes from collecting requirements to technical support;
- participation in pre-sales activities, interaction with customers, negotiations and handling of a customer’s expectations;
- management of the budget and risks, working with project documentation and reports particular improvements.
Wymagania
- working experience as a Project Manager in IT sphere for more than 2 years;
- understanding of software development tools and methods;
- deep knowledge of Agile principles, practices and ceremonies;
- systematic way of thinking, ability to find a common language with colleagues and partners, and with the customer;
- self-confidence, flexibility, responsibility and leadership;
- ability to work in multitasking mode, stress resistance;
- technical background (will be an advantage);
- excellent English, both written and spoken.
