On this position you will be responsible for:
- Preparation of offers for new projects
- Directing and managing automotive and industrial projects
- Forecasting and tracking of project financials
- Keeping work done in the budget and with defined quality
- Estimating the resources needed to achieve project goals.
- Leading a group of people within the project scope
- Preparation and managing the project documentation
- Contact with customer and sales organization
Requirements:
- Good knowledge about software development process
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management in distributed, multicultural projects
- Proactiveness and positive attitude for changes
- Good communication and networking skills
- Coaching, leadership and mentoring skills
- Quality oriented attitude
- Fluent English (German as a nice to have)
- Higher, technical education of Computer Science, Telecommunication or related
- Previous experience in project management in software R&D sector will be an advantage
