Your role
Participation in the process of managing the Company's investment projects
Your responsibilities
- Ensuring the implementation of investment projects in accordance with the approved scope, budget and schedule
- Creating project charts, schedules and budgets
- Project management in the scope: concept and design, coordination of construction and installation works, purchase of equipment, qualification of building systems and equipment
- Ongoing provision of reports on activities carried out to the supervisor and / or appropriate persons
- Preparation of the reporting area for internal and external audits and participation in them
- Cooperation with all Departments, both in the Branch and in the Polpharma Biologics group
- Follow your supervisor's instructions
If you have
- Higher eduction diploma and master’s degree
- Organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure. Decisiveness
- Experience in engineering project management in pharmaceutical industry
- Skills: good work organization, individual problem solving, good communication, team cooperation skills and being open for new tasks
- Using of Polish and English spoken and written
- Knowledge of MS Office (incl. MS Project) and AutoCad
- GMP rules and related regulation knowledge
