This person will interact with PM/BA to understand and clarify the functional requirement for projects. He /she then will proceed to develop software in PCDW, either himself/herself or co-ordinate with our offshore resources to deliver software required.
- Design and develop solutions for Product Control IT Data Warehouse application using Oracle 11g
- Work on a multi-products, multi-regions, multi-entities, multi-technologies, and high-volume data warehouse application
- Engage and coordinate with partners in development teams, project managers, business analysts, and architects globally
- Review requirements, prepare/contribute to design decisions & testing strategy
- Build both functional and technical knowledge to be a Data Warehouse subject-matter-expert
- Responsible to get our vendor partner up the value chain and create essential quality and productivity measures
Essential:
Educated to degree standard, preferably in a numerate subject OR Relevant IT Experience
Project Management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player fostering a collaborative and cooperative approach to project delivery
Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

CA (Credit Approvals) is the IB's global critical application for managing counterparty internal ratings & limits and breaches, without which the Bank would not be able to set and subsequently monitor against appropriate credit limits. The application has over 2,500 users globally and includes additional functions to manage trade approvals, excess approvals and pre-trade approval requests.
The team is currently working on several large projects, including refactoring core modules of the application, introducing new regional approvals (CH, US) and delivering other significant regulatory requirements.
