On behalf of our client, international insurance company, we are currently looking for candidates interested in a position of Project Manager. The purpose of this role is supporting the Program Director with major focus on Global Data Center initiative and providing high quality advise on project management of all activities including management, control, monitor and execution.

Duration: 1 year with possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

• lead planning and/or implementation of projects,
• participating in the design and/or testing phases if needed,
• facilitating the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements,
• resolving conflicts within and between projects or functional areas,
• developing methods to monitor project or area progress, providing corrective supervision if necessary,
• assembling the project staff; for their technical or functional development, performance, and/or termination during the project or projects,
• working cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.

Requirements:
• at least bachelor’s degree,
• min. 5 years work experience in either a project management or business consulting,
• understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools: Initiate and Prepare: definition/scope/requirements; Execute & Control: scope, workplans, resources, deliverables, Q/A, transition planning, etc.; Close: completion and assessment Strong and tested project management skills, including sponsor and risk management,
• understanding who is the client and what are the client's needs; provides realistic expectations; establishes specific customer satisfaction standards and actively monitors client satisfaction,
• knowledge of organization's methodology and tools,
• fluency in English – both oral and written.
