The successful candidate will be responsible for management of a 40+ FTE:
- Managing relationship with all project stakeholders (line management, business, AM, Interface partners etc.)
- Organizing and leading the project team (i.e. planning and managing allocated resources, shaping priorities, coordinating interactions with customers and users, and keeping the project team focused)
- Providing the project plan and updating it as needed (deadlines, milestones, delivery, requested and planned resources etc.)
- Ensuring project change management
- Establishing a set of practices that ensures the integrity and quality of project work products
- Ensuring that software documentation is maintained
Requirements:
- 10+ years in IT and or software development
- 2+ years in maintenance project management
- Strong managerial skills
- Fluent English
- Good negotiation skills
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
- Transparent and structured approach
Nice to have:
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with Oracle Forms/Reports
- Experience in industrial projects
Our Customer is the World leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, The Company innovates for the sake of progress while striving to ally dynamic growth, consistent performances and responsibility over the long term.
The goal of the project is the maintenance and development of a large-scale corporate financial system used by over 500 users located in 10 countries (Eastern Europe). The system is based on SAP and Oracle DB/Forms/Reports. Main focus for the team would be on maintenance (SL2/SL3/SL3+), but about 20% of efforts would be on new features development.
