- unique opportunity to contribute to the Tesco Finance Transformation process via leading / participating on projects on related to CE Finance transformation (18 months duration)
- harmonisation of hierarchies (e.g. Product, Store Format) in line with the Global Tesco approach
- harmonisation of processes (e.g. Planning) in alignment with Tesco Group
- harmonisation of Chart of Accounts / accounting treatments
- implementation of a strategic Hyperion planning tool
- capturing and following through on detailed plans to deliver the projects
- bringing proposals to discuss in the regular governance meeting to deal with barriers in delivering the projects
- cooperation with finance & business stakeholders, Global Finance Transformation team in UK and Tesco India
- min. 3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance
- university education in business administration (preferably focus on financial analysis, reporting or accounting)
- advanced English skills in speaking and writing
- previous experience in retail business will be an asset
- project management skills
