- Ensure accurate information on the project stream status:
- Maintain weekly reporting
- Create periodic reporting and metrics to measure stream progress and status
- Support project management
- Manage Scheduling and Migration Process across Hub and Spokes locations globally
- Maintain project owned action, incident and risk logs
- Document decisions, write up minutes for important meetings Help creating and maintaining communication materials:
- Create presentation slides based on provided input
- Undertake and deliver project admin tasks and deliverables
- Co-ordinate resource on behalf of the project managers
- Support program managers in managing risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies across programs and portfolios using the bank's project management tool
- Track and report against key delivery milestones and key performance indicators
- A proven track record for delivering major technology programs and projects, preferably within the Financial Services sector
- A strong background in IT Infrastructure, with at least 5 years' experience as a project manager
- Previous team leadership and strong management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational skills to structure and control complex projects
- Prince2, PMI, MSP, APM or equivalent certifications
- Strong analytical, planning and process engineering skills
- Visio, MS Office, SharePoint
- Strong presentation skills

This solution is targeted to change physical desktop to new technology and allow working in a more flexible way, from both corporate and personal digital devices. This project is covering areas of virtual desktops, mobile devices, communication solutions and others.
