- Project Management Office tasks by provision of compliance with the corporate regulations and procedures
- Project teams assistance in cooperation with HR and Business Travel departments
- Business case administration support
- Executive status summary reports preparation
- Project, Program and Portfolio project admin tasks and deliverables
- Milestone and KPI tracking and reporting
- Tracking of the contractual lifecycle events (e.g. contract creation, sign-off, changes, closure, etc.)
Requirements:
Experience with MS Office reporting tools
Fluent English (both written and verbal)
Strong interpersonal skills
Attention to details, accuracy and analytical mindset
Self discipline
Ability to work under time pressure
Good MS Office Skills (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint)
Previous Experience in supporting projects in different areas
Knowledge of different project management and reporting tools (Jira, Confluence) would be advantage
Fluent English (both written and verbal)
