Responsibilities
- Be the local people manager for the team. This means engagement with all people on a regular basis - provide updates and propose changes
- Coordination of hiring process (opening roles, monitoring the screening process and pipeline, coordinating offer calls)
- Staff risk management(mood monitoring, risk tracking, creation of mitigation plans, retention activities, process terminations)
- Performance appraisals(tracking the schedule, feedback collection, tracking probation period closure meetings)
- Career development (tracking the employees goals on regular basis, support internal mobility process)
- LM operational duties(onboarding, vacations, trainings, time sheets, mandatory activities, coordination of new initiatives, consultation on employment related topics)
- Reporting (preparation and update of project reports, presentations, org charts)
- Communication with Client on people related topics
- Help with final interviews and assist with new-hire activities.
- Drive implementation of key processes across teams (requirements and change management, acceptance criterion, continuous integration, delivery quality standards, etc)
- Ensuring sharing of best practices/business domain knowledge/exploiting synergies between team members and teams
- Monitor load balancing across individuals together with the team leads and building up of cross application know how. Identify cases for job rotation
- Help with maturing teams to co-source and identify new candidates that fit in the model
- Identifying infrastructure issues, other inefficiencies in the environment and drive solutions
Skills
- Experience in leading teams, working as a Line Manager or People Partner
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to influence people without being a manager for them
- Excellent attention to details, data, facts and numbers, accuracy and analytical mindset
- Open minded person with positive attitude and can-do approach
- Highly organized; able to juggle competing priorities and multiple streams of work
- Excellent soft skills and English communication skills
- Experience in hiring new team members
- IT knowledge – at least basics
