Our Client, an international retail company - strong actor in its sector - is seeking to recruit an open-minded and ambitious individual to strengthen their local operations. Currently we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of a Property Construction Director.
You will report directly to the Operations Director and your main duties will be to:
- Manage the overall construction management, organization, and operations for all projects and related construction activities for the business
- Ensure that all projects are delivered to the required technical quality in a timely manner as per agreed programmes
- Create a live Property Pipeline that reflects the current opportunity to maximise the sales for the company
- Identify opportunity to develop new stores, revamps, refurbishment and store relocations
- Set company's strategy in line with the Group's policy to promote growth and value to the business and its investors
- Maintain the highest levels of Health and Safety across all aspects of the project delivery and handover
- Represent management of the company when making presentation to potential clients
- Perform all functions inherent in management and supervisory positions through directing planning, organizing and coordinating
- Master Degree specialised in Real Estate, Construction/Architecture or Civil Engineering
- At least 10 years experience in commercial property development, preferably within a multi-national organization in the retail sector
- Experience in supervising technical and commercial functions of architecture, engineering and construction management
- Excellent negotiations skills
- Ability to work in a fast developing environment
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in Polish and English
