The company is currently looking for a candidate for a position of:

Property Management Accountant

Location: Warszawa
Nr Ref.: PMAC/PRPL

The Role and Responsibilities

Maintain lease database systems
Issue invoices
Ensure that all revenues are correctly reported on a monthly basis
Rent payment processing
Active management of receivables collection
Lease agreements analysis
Support in settlement of service charges
Calculate indexation
Reporting
Financial analysis
Cooperation with Property Management and Corporate Accounting.

Requirements

Yardi is a plus
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
Analytical/numerical skills, orientation to details
Experience in commercial real estate beneficial
Knowledge of accounting rules
Languages:
- English – very good both written and spoken
- Polish - native/fluent
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Highly motivated, focused and energetic
Experience of working with international entities
At least two years of previous working experience in a similar position.
