- Maintaining and developing the finance PtP KPIs dashboard.
- Taking part in D365 implementations in the entities within the Group (all phases).
- Performing internal audit to assess the local closing procedure and provide guidance for improvement (this includes the analysis of the way local users use their accounting system - in the case of AX/D365, we would like to advertise best practices within the Group).
- Taking part in implementing PtP accounting improvement projects and processes standardization across the Group.
- PtP process design, including process mapping and procedures creation for accounting processes.
- Change management, including stakeholder engagement and training for users.
- Monitor user compliance, tracking where, and how well, the required process is being followed by the users.
- Working closely with Group Reporting and Consolidation Manager and Group Controller, Financial Systems teams and local accountants within divisions.
- Degree in accounting, ACCA/CPA qualifications a strong asset.
- PtP process knowledge, process mapping experience and subject matter expertise
- Solid understanding of accounting systems, experience in accounting systems implementations.
- Process improvement oriented, experience in accounting processes simplifications and standardization.
- Accurate, critical & organized, keen eye for details, able to meet tight deadlines.
- Good analytical skills and ability to summarize.
- Project management skills is a plus.
- Very strong communication skills, both verbally & in writing.
- Open minded, flexible and proactive.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, German would be a plus.
- Change management experience would be a plus.
- Willing to travel (up to 10%).
