Your new company

On behalf of our Client, Fresenius Kabi, with already established Shared Service Centre in Wrocław we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of P2P Team Leader with French .

Your new role

Firstly you will create your own new team as well as plan and implement all transition activities together with the Manager. As a P2P Team Leader you will be responsible for managing, supervising and leading AP team to ensure staff performance, motivation and development, managing work allocation and maintaining a high standard of employee engagement through training, coaching and education. Maintain good relations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective leadership and providing high quality of service. You will also ensure timely processing of documents related to AP and will set daily, weekly and monthly targets for AP process.

What you will need to succeed

• Education: University degree in economics / finance with major in Accounting or equivalent
• Experience: at least 4 years of experience in the area of finance & accounting (preferably in SSC) and about 1+ year of experience in leading a team/coordinating the team
• Good knowledge of English and French
• Good knowledge of SAP or similar ERP or accounting software
• Excellent organization, problem solving & attention to details skills
• Excellent leadership skills and goal-driven team management skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work within multicultural environment and willingness to undertake new challenges
• Readiness to take part in a transition process (travelling to France)
