The position of PO Specialist is a key contributor to an overall operations efficiency of Purchasing department and its high standards. The objective of the role is to provide high quality of services to martkets by: timely processing high volume of incoming tickets and keeping high accuracy according to the existing Policies and Procedures. Providing support to the other team members within and outside of the team. Supporting analysis of the team reporting data related to scope of responsibilities. Identifying process gaps. Participating in transitions, testing, and improvement initiatives. Awareness of internal controls, JSOX requirements, and P2P cooperation practices is essential.
- Operations
- Accurately process high volume of transactions within variety of platforms/operational systems in line with existing SOPs and Company Policies and Procedures; meet KPIs and other targets
- Query Support/Issue Resolution
- Ability to analytically review and respond to requests in a timely, professional and efficient manner to support the continuing effort of delivering outstanding service
- Ability to identify potential escalation risk and flagging it via proper channels (to expert, TL)
- Ability to identify system and process related issues and to escalate to the proper teams using dedicated channels

- Ongoing or complete University Degree (a Plus if in Accounting/Finance area)
- 1+ year in P2P department
- English (B2+)
- Microsoft Office good working knowledge
- General understanding of E2E P2P process
- ERP system working knowledge (preferance in SAP)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in dynamic and fast changing environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and against challenging deadlines
- Ability to absorb knowledge quickly (fast learner)
