Responsibilites
- Developing and implementing new purchasing systems
- Request creation on Luxoft internal systems (1C/Oracle)
- Purchasing/ account documents verification
- Budget execution, control and expenses reporting
- Direct cooperation with Financial Department and Stakeholders within the company
- Involvement in the budget planning
- Process Control and execution
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Russian is nice to have
- Experience of working in Administration/ Operation department in international company, ideally on similar position
- Microsoft Office package knowledge
- Proactive approach
- Flexibility
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Nicely turned-out
- Punctuality
