About the role:
We are currently building self - governing teams in Poznan to support our customer in development of a new project within the financial services area. We are looking for proficient QA Tech Lead.
Key requirements:
- Acting as a Tech Lead of QA department,
- Involvement in test planning, creating test scenarios and documentation writing,
- Java transformations and SQL queries, providing test evaluation summaries and reporting,
- Supporting the business during UATs.
Main requirements:
- Core Java experience,
- Expert in Selenium,
- Test automation is a must have skill as our strategic plan is to achieve 100% automation,
- Experience working with Waterfall and Agile Methodologies,
- Writing, executing, and monitoring automated test suites,
- Able to work independently and work on multiple solutions,
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams,
- Excellent communication skills in English are must.
