About the role:
We are currently building self - governing teams in Warsaw to support our customer in development of a new project within the financial services area. We are looking for proficient QA Tech Lead.
Key requirements:
- Acting as a Tech Lead of QA department,
- Involvement in test planning, creating test scenarios and documentation writing.
- Java transformations and SQL queries, providing test evaluation summaries and reporting.
- Supporting the business during UATs
Main requirements:
- Core Java experience
- Expert in Selenium
- Test automation is a must have skill as our strategic plan is to achieve 100% automation.
- Experience working with Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
- Writing, executing, and monitoring automated test suites.
- Able to work independently and work on multiple solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English are must.
