QA & Testing Manager

Responsibilites
- Analysis and testing of client's applications
- Communications with developers, testers and customer stakeholders
- Develop and control plans for System Integration Testing phase
- QA team activites planning
- Analyzing functional requirements, test cases and test results from accounting viewpoint, raising issues and risks found, managing them proactively
- Reporting to the customer
Requirements
- Test Management experience (QA Test Manager, QA Team Leader, Project Manager)
- Two or more years of experience in the financial services industry
- Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills are a must
- Fluent English
- Analytical and detail-oriented mind
- Perfect communication and reporting skills
Not required, but advantageous skills and experience:
- Knowledge of investment banking
- Experience with Financials Analysis process
- Technical background, e.g., programming experience, Oracle database administering skills, Bash shell scripts creation etc
