Our Client is one of the largest global IT services, BPO and Product Engineering companies focused on delivering solutions to enable its clients do business better. Currently, we are looking for experienced customer service professionals to join Quality Assurance team in Cracow Business Centre.
On the position we are recruiting for, you would be mainly responsible for provision of effective quality assurance either of phone or chat/email communication. You will respond to queries and solve arising issues with regard to international customers while maintaining high quality customer service and communicate effectively via different social communication tools.
If you speak very good English (B2 level) and fluently one of the following languages: Portuguese, Spanish, Italian or French and had already the possibility to gain your experience within customer service, call/contact center (1,5 year+) as well as present excellent communication skills, desire to deliver high quality service as well as proactive and positive attitude it could be a great opportunity to further develop your experience.
