On behalf of our Client, a global IT services & outsourcing company, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Quality Assurance Specialist with Dutch. The job will be based in the office in Krakow.
As Quality Assurance Specialist you will help to ensure a very high standard of service. Your scope of duties will include reviewing the job of the agents, answering queries and solving customers’ problems. Working on this position you will be also responsible for preparing overall performance presentations based on reports.
To be successful on this position you need to have very good (min. B2) knowledge of English and fluent Dutch as well as at least 1,5 year of experience in customer service or call center field. Ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, customer service mindset and good analytical skills. Experience within quality assurance area will be an asset. Working knowledge of Excel is desirable. Furthermore you need to have maximum 1 month of notice period.
