- Develop test plans and test scripts
- Clarify requirements and generate test data
- Execute regression, functional, and system testing
- Support User Acceptance testing
- Verify results, produce test summaries and defect reports
- Identify defects and requirement discrepancies
- Generate defect change requests and report discrepancies
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related scientific/technical discipline and a minimum of two years of formal software testing experience including:
- Requirements analysis, working with specifications, evaluate results, plan test executions
- Experience in test cases development and in manual testing execution \
- Experience in writing defect reports
- Experience in testing web applications with multiple browser versions
- Solid understanding of relational databases, proven SQL knowledge
- Experience in verifying test results against the database
- Experience with Linux (UNIX) and Shell scripts
- Good written and spoken English
- Experience in a testing automation will be a benefit
The Solution Delivery (SD) is accountable and responsible for project deliveries concerning Wealth Management for top-tier Swiss Bank. SD ensures efficiency and quality of delivery - the right skills in the right place -, establishes methodologies, processes and tools into the organization.
You will work closely together with your colleagues in the team, the local Delivery Management, worldwide distributed production and 2nd level support, as well as (mostly Swiss based) product owners.
As methodology we apply Rational Unified Process (RUP) by IBM and Agile/ Scrum adapted to the client’s environment. We document solutions with UML-Models in Enterprise Architect and Word Specifications.
