Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilites
- Test one or more products based on test documentation
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time with high quality
- Participate in preparation of test documentation (write test cases and test plans)
- Perform functional, regression, scalability, stress, and performance testing
- Assist customer support on analyzing customer issues and providing extensive detail for the
development team
- Work in a small dynamic team with good career opportunities
Requirements
- Practical experience in manual testing
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience testing commercial software, writing test documentation and test procedures
- Experience with manual testing of application under MS Windows and web-based
applications
- Strong problem solving and debugging skills
- Demonstrated creativity and intelligent thinking
- Solid understanding of the development processes
- Able to use English on a daily basis (reasonable spoken; very good passive)
- General knowledge of Testing/Quality Assurance processes and procedures
- Experience in web testing and verifying all aspects of web application, including proper HTML markup
- Experience in scripting testing, identifying JavaScript errors or glitches without external supervision
