Quality Assurance Specialist

Workplace; Warsaw, City Centre
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring quality of Customer Support department employees (Customer Support in internal financial-IT application)
- Developing internal Customer Support procedures
- Performing employees by providing feedback
- Cooperation with Team Leader
Requirements:
- Fluent English (min. C1) + other language as an asset
- Legally authorized to work in Poland (work permit, visa required);
- Preferably 6 months experience in similar position
- Experience in working in Excel
- Analytical organizational skills.
