Quantum Solutions is American company, provides the technical solutions that are used by leading global organizations to identify, assess and reduce fraudulent transactions for a variety of financial, safety and security applications. Our engineering and technical activities involve deep research pertaining to the application of voice solutions, as well as developing and recommending technical strategies on how to optimally apply various voice analytics solutions. We also have expertise in developing voice-related Artificial Intelligence solutions, telephony solutions, and the use of Cloud services to meet our clients’ worldwide requirements. Additionally, we offer technical evaluation and support services related to voice analytics.
At this moment we have two offices: at Kyiv and Krakow(Poland) where we’re extending our Quality Control Team and looking for a Quality Control Engineers.
This is an entry-level position. Review and analyze data to ensure quality standards. The process of data analysis and quality control includes review of audio and visual data to identify quality problems and other violations, in accordance with the training that is conducted after hiring.
- Correctly evaluate sound and data files using software and other tools. Inspect, sort data and apply rules to
- determine data quality
- Accurately identify potential or actual quality issues, document findings to include specific issues or irregularities,
- communicate findings with team leadership, and escalate to management as required
- As required or directed, assist other team members with Quality Control projects to ensure the success of the Team
- English — must speak and understand English at an intermediate or higher level (required)
