Job Description
- Redefining all the internal processes according to the lean organization principles.
- Creating and maintaining a cultural change which will affect all levels of the organization.
- Analyzing the data resulting from internal and external audits and from statistical process controls, in order to set improvement plans.
- Performing audits requested by Customers.
- Planning, coordinating and reporting of all the improvement projects.
- Managing the relationship with the major suppliers and customers and negotiating customer quality agreements.
- Analyzing the state of the quality achieved and reporting on a regular basis to the Managing Director.
- Managing and developing people within the Quality Department.
- Effectively interacting with other Department Managers/Director.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a relevant role in a mulitinational environment.
- Good command of German and English.
- A broad knowledge of quality tool, systems and lean methodes.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with a high level of independence.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members.
- Strong commitment and motivation to achieve results.
- Good organizational skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work on own initiative.
