Currently on behalf our Client, well known company operated in travel industry, we are looking for strong Candidates to full position Quality Lead
The job holder will be responsible for lead, coach, train and develop the team of Quality Analysts. The scope of your duties will include managing quality end to end process, meets quality assurance financial objectives by estimating requirements, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions. Additionally, while working on this position driving continuous improvement in processes to deliver high levels of efficiency, accuracy and customer service excellence and proactively support and engage in business improvement projects. Additionally, your scope of duties will include implementation changes within quality area as per Continuous Improvements methodology and producing accurate and timely management (MI) reports as required.
To be successful on this role you should have at least 1 year of experience in managing the team and 1 year of experience in quality analysis scope. The right Candidate should be fluent in English and the second European language will be an asset (French, German, Italian or Spanish). Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) is a must. The person should be able to review statistics data, draw conclusions through careful analysis and create reports on site’s performance
