Zakres obowiązków:
- Team managment of Quality Specialists;
- Acting as the main point of contact for external and internal customer complaint;
- Analyzing quality issues and implement corrective and preventive measures to improve overall product;
- Leading and overseeing the deployment and execution of quality policies, objectives and quality initiatives;
- Supporting Quality Management System maintenance as required;
- Achieving quality targets based on financial year goals and drive continuous improvement;
- Creating site specific quality documentation e.g. inspection plans, work instructions and process descriptions, risk assessments FMEAs;
- Ownership of site quality reporting and quality statistic;
- Providing training and functional leadership in the application of statistical methods and quality tools throughout the site.
Oczekiwania:
- Ability to lead, influence, and drive results in activities involving cross-functional teams;
- Min 3 years of experience at similar position in quality;
- University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or similar;
- Working knowledge of ISO9001;
- Proactive and continual improvement mind set;
- Experience with problem solving tools Six Sigma, 5W, etc;
- Experience with relevant quality Standards & tools: 8D, FMEA, SPC, QFD, DOE;
- SAP QM module experience required;
- Fluent Polish and English;
- German would be an advantage.
