Quality Manager
Location: Szczecin
We are an international technical service provider with a staff of over 120 technicians working globally and delivering services to industry and offshore energy sectors. We have an Integrated Management System covering quality, health&safety and environment and are currently implementing CSR standards. As part of our efforts to optimize internal processes and improve the quality, we are looking for candidates for the position of Quality Manager.
What will your tasks be?
- Maintenance and optimization of the Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Ongoing improvement of IMS, reflecting changes in standards, company's business processes and external requirements and ensuring timely implementation of the improvements
- Support to the entire organization in following the standards in daily operations
- Supervision and overall responsibility for IMS documentation and reporting of QHSE performance
- Improvement of business processes and procedures
You're the perfect candidate if you:
- Have experience working with QHSE and implementing processes
- Combine technical knowledge with business understanding
- Have systematic and analytical approach
- Communicate easily across the organization and are able to motivate people
- Have excellent English skills in speaking and writing
- Are familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standard
Additionally:
- An electrical engineering degree would be an advantage
