Quality Manager

We are looking for an experienced person with a practical angle on the standards, who is pro-active and innovative with regards how to implement and improve company routines. Mobica operates under the guidance of a number of industry quality standards. By choice, we are not certified but operate on internal compliance statements, perform audits and manage continuous improvements.
Job description:
- Lead, advice and guide the company for better standards compliance, increased level of organization and increased efficiency.
- Work towards all process owners and report to the corporate COO.
Requirements:
- Relevant university degree.
- Theoretical knowledge, process development and experience with auditing on standards or methodologies like: ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO14000, CMMI, Six Sigma, Prince2, Agile/Scrum.
- At least 4 years of commercial experience is required (preferably from the software services industry).
- Experience in managing software projects is a plus.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to travel 1-3 days per week (in reality often less).
- Good communicator.
- Responsible, reliable and well organized.
- High degree of self-management, ability to work in groups.
