Quality Manager

Responsibilites
- Development and support organization of quality management system
- Process customization and adaptation according to clients' needs and projects specifics
- Development, implementation, enhancement and support of business processes and software engineering processes
- Conduct project audits, GAP/ weaknesses/ risks definition, development and tracking of action plan to address identified NCs
- Conduct projects' measurements, analysis of on-going and post-mortem metrics and indicators of projects/ delivery centers, statistical analysis
- Responsibilities:
- 50% engagement: responsible for establishing, maintaining and communicating processes at location level
- other 50% engagement: responsible for Quality Management System activities at company level as a part of Quality Center:
- Conducting audits of administrative and delivery divisions
- Process documentation implementation and support
- Participation in external ISO 9001 audits
- Process analysis, strength and weaknesses definition, corrective actions/ action plan development and monitoring
Requirements
- Experience in Quality Management
- Knowledge in software engineering area
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard
- Knowledge of CMMI model or other SW standards might be a plus
- Practical work experience with project management activities
- Fluent English and good presentation skills
