Responsibilites
Essential:
- Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
- Project experience
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Good people skills
Desirable:
- Project Management experience
- PM qualification (Prince II, PMI etc)
- Banking experience
- Previous QM experience
Requirements
Essential
- Proven track record in data modelling, delivering SQLServer based solutions - SQL queries, T-SQL code
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a team and adapt style to ensure the project is successful.
- A self-starter who can proactively engage with peers and clients to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Desirable
- Experience of working on large projects / large and complex systems.
- Proficient in the use of the following: JIRA, Enterprise Architect
- Some formal training and/or certifications in developing/architecting solutions on SQLServer
- Knowledge of data modelling standards

The role of the Quality Management team is to ensure that projects within the BOW are compliant to the banks policies and that they follow and can demonstrate project best practice.
Individual Quality Managers (QM) will have oversight on a portion of the department BOW. The role is to supply SME knowledge of customer’s compliance practices and tools as well as implementing the internal department QM processes. The QM will need to build relationships with his PM's and project team members
