Our client is one of the largest manufacturer for automotive industry located in Lower Silesia. Currently we are looking for them an experienced and talented person for the position of Quality Manager.
Quality Manager will be responsible for executing and maintaining requirements internal and external related norm and systems existing in the company (BOS, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, PN-N 18001 and ISO 3834-2).
Quality Manager will be responsible also for promoting quality achievement and performance improvement, develop, implement, communicating and maintaining a quality plan to bring the company’s quality system requirements, monitoring the execution plan, supervising the KPI (COPQ, CPPM, SPPM, Scrap, Rework, Customer late resolved), managing and maintaining the company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming goods, supporting all continuous improvement activities BBP, CI Trac and supervising the PPAP processes for material and products.
The ideal candidate should have at least bachelor degree (science or engineering field), few years of experience on similar role in automotive company, exceptional written and oral communication skills in English, experience in quality management systems (knowledge of quality tools SPC, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, problem solving tools Ishikawa, 5Why, 8D and customer specific requirements), willingness to travels when required. Moreover we are looking for candidates with very strong leadership skills, initiative and self-motivated and goal oriented.
