As a result of growth of our organization we are looking for candidates for a position of R&D Engineer working for Technology Center in Lodz. It is a unique opportunity to work on international projects in interdisciplinary teams. We are looking open minded Engineers interested in self-development in multicultural environment.

- Working on scouting, studying, prototyping and bringing the new production processes, methods, equipment and tools;
- Working closely with all respective Product Group OPEX and Technology Managers;
- Contributing to research and development projects with own, creative ideas. Proposing follow-up activities based on project results;
- Working as a reliable R&D project member and having the capability to be work-package responsible, applying a structured way of working.
- Higher degree (MSc or PhD) in technical education (Mechanical, Electrical, Physics or related disciplines);
- Good spoken and written English is a must;
- Good networking and communication skills;
- Willingness to learn and develop new ideas;
- Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility;
- Positive, helpful attitude and ability to work with others;
- Good analytical skills;
- Good work organization.
