Position purpose
We are looking for candidates who are ready to participate in R2R and P2P processes for a new Client in Poland – a global company which business is dedicated to storing, protecting and managing information and assets.

As a Manager you will be responsible for participating in transition activities, leading, developing and motivating both R2R and P2P teams.
Main accountabilities
- Participates in transition activities as per requirement
- Acts as R2R Process Expert
- Leads, manages and develops a team of 30-35 employees
- Works closely with the client and maintains good working relationship
- Responsible for delivery agreed scope of work
- Ensures the delivery of high quality and professional service up to agreed SLA’s
- Drives Team with continuous focus on standardization, innovation, automations leading to the best in class model
Candidate’s profile
- Excellent organizational skills
- People management skills and experience
- Very good English skills
- Experience in R2R is a must
- Experience in PTP is an asset
- Oracle knowledge will be an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to enhance process and controls
- Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Teamwork approach
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure and with deadlines
