Our client is a Swedish leading global supplier of products, solutions and services within rolling, bearings, seals, mechatronics, services and lubrication systems. Our Client is represented in over 130 countries through its own sales companies and over 15000 distributor locations.
Capgemini provides service for the client from 2006 in the area of P2P, O2C, R2R. Currently we deliver service from 5 different Delivery Centers, in Poland there is over 150 employees working for the client. We have established very good relationship with client thought the years and still working for further scope extensions.
The main purpose of the role is to maintain and further develop relationship with our Client by delivering high quality services from the Katowice Service Centre. The role involves managing end to end process for R2A including operations, finance and providing leadership. The role will provide an opportunity for creative thinking and solution design and will involve managing any changes as we constantly look for ways to automation and robotization.
Manager assigned to this role will closely cooperate with Client managers on high positions and with business directly, and support Capgemini work. On top of it the manager will build effective relationships.
