Real Estate Analyst

Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience in Financial Advisory/ Audit services (preferably, B4 experience)
- Strong accounting / financial analysis background and experience in financial due diligence projects, especially in the real estate sector
- Professional Certification — Chartered Accountant, ACCA (or reasonably close to finishing)
- Excellent report writing skills, including advanced use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint package
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities:
As Real Estate Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out property valuations
- Conducting other real estate consultancy projects
- Keeping regular contact with clients with regard to project work
