What will you do?
- Active participation in key real estate and space management projects in Poland as well as independent coordination of small projects
- Active support in preparation of all business case documentation related to real estate acquisitions
- Coordination of Security survey and implementation
- Active support in development of workplace standards and design as well as coordination of space plan implementation and fit outs
- Cooperation with external real estate consultants and suppliers
- Support communication and reporting
- Review, create and maintain lease documentation files and database
What we expect from you?
- Required project management skills. Project management certificate or PMO training would be an asset
- Experience at fit-out projects
- Task prioritizing and planning skills
- Ability to plan and organize projects
- Ability to take initiative and successfully carry out tasks / projects independently.
- Experience in budget management will be an asset
- Very good excel and ppt skills
- English at advanced level, both written and oral
- Minimum 4year work experience at permanent position
- University education, engineering would be an asset
