At the moment for our prestigious international Client for its Warsaw office we are looking for:
Real Estate Portfolio Analyst with English and Italian/ Mandarin/ Hebrew

Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of data records associated with title, lease and sublease records. Including the creation of new records as well as update of general changes to existing records
- Validation and completeness testing of document abstracts completed by Lease Administrators
- Management and filing of all contracts and documents associated with the property title, lease and sublease records - including the appropriate indexing, scanning and upload of files within internal program
- Update of lease and sublease records following changes in rent amounts and or payee details
- Day to day coordination with the Portfolio Analyst
- Produce system generated reports to agreed timescales
- Prepare standard reports in excel utilising existing data
Requirements:
- Fluent English and good Italian/ Mandarin/ Hebrew language
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in one of the sciences - Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Experience in data administration / real estate / accounting
- High analytical skills, focused on details, fast learning
