Due to regular business development, our Client searches for a flexible and motivated Candidates to join the Property Services Team. As a Real Estate Portfolio Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Managing the data related to Clients’ property portfolio
- Keeping all information updated
- Abstracting lease agreements
- Preparing reports for the Client and Team Leader
- Analyzing specified information related to supervised property portfolio
- Translating various documentation from/into English
In order to be effective on this position, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience on administrative or analytical positions dedicated to real estate market
- Real Estate market knowledge
- Higher education – minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferable in Real Estate, Law or Finance)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Very good/fluent command of English (additional language skills will be seen as a strong asset)
- Experience in data management / analysis
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Ability to work both, individually and in a team
