For our Client - a global leader in commercial real estate services, investment and outsourcing. We are currently looking for experienced and ambitious candidates for the position of Real Estate Portfolio Analyst.
Real Estate Portfolio Analyst will be part of Portfolio Services Team and as part of this team will play an integral role in the management of large property portfolios and the related data. The person will be exposed to all aspects of property data administration. Moreover produce standard reports in excel utilizing existing data to agreed timescales and cooperation with the Audit Team during periodic data quality and completeness audits.
Successful Candidate should demonstrate at least one year of experience in data administration / real estate / accounting / data analysis, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills (very good knowledge of English is a must). Proficiency in Excel is crucial. Teamwork capability, that person will be cooperating very closely with another Real Estate Portfolio Analyst to provide service for ASP Region so problem solving and prioritizing skills and ability to adjust to changing environment are essential to be successful on this position.
