Record to Report Subject Matter Expert
Location: Lodz, Poland
Key | responsibilities
- R2R month end closing process coordination
- Balance Sheet accounts review
- P&L accounts analysis in cooperation with Client’s Account Managers and Financial Controllers
- Acting as a knowledge manager (Documentation, updating, version control)
- Train Team members on various processes and domain related requirements
- Identify and execute transformation and improvement projects
Requirements
- Degree in Finance
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, especially RTR process
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Very good analytical and Excel skills
- Good people and process management skills
- Experience on process simplification / transformation would be an asset
- Good communication and teamwork skills
