Recruitment and Employer Branding Coordinator
An excellent offer for candidates with experience in Employer Branding, recruitment and social media area.
  • Bachelor degree , preferably in HR, marketing or communication
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a corporate or professional services environment
  • Experience in Employer Branding activities as organizing job fairs, preparing posts in social media, organizing campus events
  • Excellent English skills (C1 - CEFR* or equivalent preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to build relations
  • Very good operational and organizational skills;
  • Ability to generate solutions independently, strong drive for results
  • Creativity and talent to create appealing content regarding recruiting marketing.

  • Design and drive the implementation of campus based programs and projects, prepare marketing materials and campaigns
  • Coordinate and strive to harmonize campus recruiting related activities across the ESC to accommodate for a cohesive employer branding strategy, including our digital presence
  • Serve as a key contact for the campus/academic representatives, recruiting agencies, external marketing agencies and other vendors
  • Maintain a consistent and coherent online presence, manage job boards advertisements, social media content (e.g. Facebook website)
  • Review and update ESC career page and local ESC intranet with regards to recruiting related information
  • Continuously work on establishing a solid network of key contacts; forge and maintain solid and effective working relations with academic representatives, students as well as business representatives
  • Manage ESC internship programs for all service lines
  • Engage and actively involve the ESC community to promote and shape marketing as well as recruiting related events
  • Administer recruiting tools, collect, prepare and analyze relevant recruiting data and systems, prepare reports.
